What issue was AIG looking to solve?

AIG Europe Limited was in the process of merging two teams and did not have common work processes in place to ensure effective, efficient and cohesive work between them. They wanted employees to better manage their time, improve their planning and email management by having a common way of working. 

The Priority Management Solution

We offered WorkingSm@rt sessions with Priority Management Brussels generally in teams, to make sure that everybody is working following the same methodology and is using the same terminology. 

 

This initiative was part of an ongoing exercise of continuous improvement so it could become a part of their Way of Work corporate culture.

Immediate Impact

 

They saw considerable improvement using shared common processes and received positive feedback from managers.  The individual coaching sessions were much appreciated by the employees allowing them to take what they learned in class, apply it to their work with a  support resource.

Long Term Impact

The results after one year were, without a doubt, excellent! AIG was able to increase its portfolio of policies by 14% while the headcounts in the team remained unchanged. Sales success increased by 5% compared to the previous year and the overall annual bottom-line growth increased by 7% over the previous year.

Also, the individual coaching sessions were much appreciated by the employees. The results after one year are without a doubt excellent.
